Abiran kukarasa, who hailed from Urumpirai and Ariyalai in Jaffna as his ancestral hometowns, was born in Scarborough, Canada, and resided in Ajax and Markham. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
He was the beloved grandson of the late Kanagaratnam (Masechar) and Bhuvaneswari of Ariyalai, and the late Thurayappa and Saraswathi of Karanthan Neervely,
He was the loving son of kukarasa and Chandraleela, and the cherished brother of Anuran,
He was also the dear son-in-law of Selvarasa, Vickneswaran, Kalavathy, and Indiradevi, and the loving foster son of the late Sivalingam Raja and Dayanithi,
He was a beloved sibling to Mayuresan, Srijenani, Vaikunthan, Yothi, Jenani, and Radhika,
He was also the affectionate brother-in-law of Kiran, Vasugi, Kuberan, Senthees, and Senthila.
