Mrs. Annamery Vedanayagampillai (Gunam)

Annamery Vedanayagampillai, who was born in and resided at Mannar Panangatikottai, passed away on Friday, 28-11-2025.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Sandiyapillai and Lucia,

the daughter-in-law of the late Anthony and Ainesangkanni,

the loving wife of the late Vedanayagampillai (Dasan),

the beloved mother of the late Jayakumar, Asok, Ravi and Stalin, and of Rimili, Deecole, Sathees,

the dear mother-in-law of the late Jayanthi, and of Malar, Krupajini, Kamal, Jansi,

the affectionate sister of the late Marusalin, Uttheen, Mariya, Elisu, Poopaththi, Nesam, Puspham and Arumai,

the sister-in-law of the late Anthonyapillai, Annakkili, Saminathan, Savirippichchai, Siluvai, Premathas and of Papi, Rohini,

the grandmother of Jency, Edwed, Jayanthan, Jeyan, Jenasi, Jesok, Anisra, Laxi, Beula, Newjini, Anisran, Jeromy, Laxan, Anosan, Ravinson, Divinson, Vidusan, Vidushika, Linosha, Samishan,

and the great-grandmother of Janu, Januska, Binujaan, Oyesha, Jerris, Rithu, Jayanthika, Chrisonika, Reyona, Krishik, Arushi, Riyori, Prilo, Shenora, Anviha.

Her remains will be taken from her residence at around 2.30 p.m. on Saturday, 29-11-2025, for the funeral Mass at Mannar St. Sebastian’s Cathedral, and thereafter laid to rest at the Mannar General Cemetery.
