Mr Danash Thanabalasingam, a beloved resident of Mississauga and originally from Toronto, Canada, attained the holy feet of Lord Shiva on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

He was the loving grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sithamparapillai Nagamuthu of Analaithivu (7th Division) and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ambalavanar Vallyammai of Analaithivu (4th Division) in Jaffna.

He was the cherished son of Thanabalasingam (Guru – Finastra Canada) and Thavamalar,
beloved brother of Tharshika,

loving father of the late Aathiyan.

He was also the beloved son-in-law of the late Mayilvaganam – Indirani, Sivanandam (Selvam) – Gnanaamirtham, Ariyanayagam – Saraswathy, Srikumaran – Bhakiyalakshmi, the late Nadarajah – Vasantha, Kailasapillai (Kili) – Amirtham, Nagarajah (Mani – SkyRoute Travel Services) – Sivasoruba, Selvanayagam (White – SkyRoute Travel Services) – Vasugi.

Loving brother-in-law of Kulasingham (Kula – CIBC Bank) – Bhuvaneswari, Paramasivam (Sivam/Siva – Lowfare Travels, SP Income Tax Services) – Ranjini.

He was also the dear brother-in-law to Thavarani, Bhaskaran, Thavaroopan, Senthooran, Kavitha, Dayalan, Seeralan, Pradeep, Sugirtha, Gnaneswaran, Niroshan, Sarujan, Anju, Vanathi, Senthan, Surem, Sureka, Shalini, Sindhuja, Gayathri, Aarabi, Vibhooshan,

and the beloved sibling of the late Mukunthan, and loving sibling of Nishanthan, Pradeepa, Sureka, Sindhusha, Ilakkiya, Iniya.
