Mrs. Gnanambal Shanmuganathan, a native of Sarasalai and a resident of Kantharmadam, passed away on Thursday, 18.12.2025.She was the beloved wife of the late Chinnathurai Shanmuganathan,

the loving mother of Kamaladevi, Vimaladevi, Nirmaladevi, Sakunthala, and the late Santhakumar and Sivakumar,and the dearly loved grandmother of Mukundan, Piramila, Praveenan, Dwarakan, Tilakshan, Hephzibah, Shalomi, and Kezia.

The final rites will be held today, Friday (19.12.2025), at 12.00 noon at her residence, after which the mortal remains will be taken to the Kombayan Manal Hindu Crematorium for cremation.
