Obituary Message
Mrs. Indirane Kandasamy, originally from and a long-time resident of Jaffna, and who had also resided in the Philippines, Tanzania, and Canada, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
She was the eldest daughter of the late Manickam and Annalakshmi, and the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Sinnathurai and Annamma.
She was the devoted wife of Mr. Kandiah (Kandha – formerly of the Agriculture Department Sri Lanka, UNDP Tanzania, and TESOC Canada).
She was the loving mother of Dharani (Canada) and Thirukumaran (Canada, UK).
She was the cherished sister of the late Kulendran, Selvarani (Chavakachcheri), and the late Gengadevi.
She was the dear mother-in-law of Vijendran and Thamilini, and the loving grandmother of Nivitha, Dylani, Santhosh, and Sandhiya.
She was also the beloved aunt of Dushyanti, Mithula, Yuren, and Kuya.
