Born in Ilavalai, Sri Lanka, and residing in Swindon, United Kingdom, Mrs. Kanagalingam Sivadevi passed away peacefully on Monday, 12th May 2025.

She was the beloved eldest daughter of the late Mr. Kandaiya and Mrs. Amirthavalli, and the loving wife of the late Mr. Kanagalingam Kandaiya (Building Contractor).

She was the cherished mother of Vasugi (Mannar, Sri Lanka), Gayathri (UK), Kausalya (UK), Divya (UK), and Gauri Shankar (UK).
She was also a dear sister to Thangavel, Shaktivel, Gnanavel, and Gnanadevi, and a loving mother-in-law to Sudhakar (Mannar), Ramesh Kumar (UK), Bhaskaran (UK), Jayasingham (UK), and Tharaniya (Jaffna).

She was the beloved grandmother (Ammamma) of Daarukshan, Sarjika, Gajanan, Laukithan, Sakhijan, Harish, Pravin, Sabthana, Kashvini, and Aheeshwarya.
