Mrs. Kanakamma Sivapirakasam, born in Nainatheevu, Jaffna, lived in Toronto, Canada, passed away peacefully on Saturday, 5th July 2025.


Beloved daughter of the late Nagamuthu and Thayalammai, beloved daughter-in-law of the late Velupillai Nagamuthu and Thayalammai, 

 Beloved wife of the late Velupillai Sivaprakasam (former Grama Seva Officer),

Beloved mother of Sriskandagauri, Thavavinayakan, Murugavel, and Kanakasabesan,

 mother-in-law of Kamaleswari Damodharam Pillai, Jayasivadasan, Vanithamalar, Baleswari, and Sudharjini,

Beloved sister of the late Sabarathinam, Sivakozhundhu, Rasamma, Rasaiah, Gopalapillai, Ganapathipillai, and Karalapillai,

 

Beloved sister-in-law of Lakshmi, Nagarethina, and the late Parvati, Nagamma, Parvati, Sivapakiyam, Vadivambigai, and Shanthalingam, Varadalakshmi,

and cousin of the late Muthamma and Marudamuthu,

The late Nadarasa, Sivapakiyam, the late Kandasamy Bhupathi, Karalapillai Vadivambigai,

the late Sadasivam and Karunakatakshi,

The loving mother of Dharani, Narani, Kumaresan, Karthika, and Chandrika,

She is the beloved granddaughter of Keerthana-Niyanthan, Poorani Newran, Puradhani Vidhu, Milani Adhi, Pranan, Samini-Shirauthi, Sanjeet, Salini, Krisikan, Geethan, and Anjana, and the beloved granddaughter of Giana.
