He was the beloved eldest son of the late Nataraja (Kena Vaathiyaar) and Muthamma,

The loving husband of Lokeshwari (Devi),

The cherished father of Karthika and Krishanth,

The beloved father-in-law of Rajeevan and Sampavi,

The loving grandfather of Shayan and Maya,

The dear brother of Malarvizhi and Bhageerathan,

The elder brother of Girija, Chinna, Kauri, Sothi, and Kobu,

and the brother-in-law of Jayarani, Vimala Devi, Jayapalasingam, Baby Saroja, Kamalamphikai (Bava), Jayakumar (Rasa), Sreenesa, Jeyaraj, and Jeyamala.
