Mr. Krishnapillai Krishnaraja (Retired Chief Clerk – Ceylon Electricity Board, Administrative Officer – Sri Paramananda Children’s & Elders’ Home), born in Nelliady and residing in Nelliady East, Alvai, passed away on Saturday, 06 December 2025.

He was the beloved son of the late Krishnapillai and Manickam,the son-in-law of the late Puniyamoorthy and Parameswari,

the loving husband of Bhavani,

and the cherished father of Brindaban (Postmaster – Chunnakam),Senthooran (Proprietor – Shiradi Engineering (PVT) LTD),
and Nilani (Executive Officer – Agaram).

He was also the respected father-in-law of Suganthi (Teacher – Ya/Karanavai Thamothara Vidyalayam),Sayisarania (Banking Officer – Sampath Bank, Manipay Branch),and Anojan (Engineer).

He was the loving grandfather of Ashini, Sathmika, Kavineash, and Athvik,

and the dear brother of the late Krishnadevi and of Krishnananthan, Krishnakumar, Krishnabalon, Krishnayogan, and Krishnakaran.

His funeral rites will be held today, Sunday, 07 December 2025, at his residence located at Ashrama Road, Nelliady, Karaveddy, followed by the cremation at Alangattai Hindu Cemetery at around 2:00 p.m.
