Pungudutivu 12Th Ward in Jaffna, and residing in Pungudutivu and Bern, Switzerland, Mr. Letchumanan Shanmuganathan passed away on Wednesday, 12-11-2025.

He was the beloved son of the late Letchumanan and Parameshwary(Sornam),

the loving son-in-law of Panchatcharam Ketharagaulai, and the adopted son of the late Kanthiah Kanagambikai couple.

He was the beloved husband of Mallika,

the loving father of Sajika, the dear father-in-law of kajendran, and the cherished grandfather of Yaran and jiyara.

He was the loving brother of the late Thavaselvan and Thanabalan, Kalanithy, the late Saravanabhavanandan, Jegatheeswary, Dhayaneethy, Sivanandhan, Sivanithy, Subanithy, and Parameswaran.

He was also the brother-in-law of Tharsika, Poushika, the late Ketheeswary, Koushika Pradheepa, and Thavaniya.

Additionally, he was the loving in-law of Yamunadevi, the late Ganeshamoorthy, Vijayakumar, Arutsothi, Jayanithi, the late Akhilan, Dhayabharan and Dhurka, the late Selvaprakash and Vijayakumar, Sarveswaran, Aravinthan, Satha Nikethan, and Sivakanth.
