Mr. Marimuththu Muththukumar, who was born and resided in Mannar, Kalliyadi, passed away on Friday, 05 December 2025.

He was the beloved son of the late Marimuththu Sellamuththu couple of Kalliyadi,and the loving son-in-law of the late Saravanamuththu and Thilagamma couple of Poonakary,

He was the loving husband of Thanalakshmi,

He was the beloved father of Asok Kumar (London), Rathidevi (France), Appan (London), Gunavathy (London), and the late Sivakumar,

He was the dear father-in-law of Rajitha (London), Sutharsan (France), Sasiyanthi (London), and the late Murugadas,

He was the cherished grandfather of Kithusan (London), Kimson (London), Kibison (London),Thishanthan (France), Sathurjan (France), Hithursika (France),Sanjeev (London), Sarmi (London), Sayani (London), Sajin (London),and the late Thanicka.

He was the brother of Sellamma (Kalliyadi), Markkandu (Kalliyadi), and the late Rathinam, Manonmani, Maha Lingam, and Chinnathurai (Vavuniya),

He was the brother-in-law of Pushpavathy, Ganesamoorthy, Sivabalan, Ketheeswari,

and the late Parameswari, Sabarathinam, Chithambaravalli, Dharmalingam, Mangaiyarkarasi, and Punitamani.

He was the uncle of the late Sivaloganathan, Sureshkumar, and the uncle of Saraswathy and Vasuki.

He was the loving uncle (younger uncle) of Manoharan (Norway), the late Amalasingam, Malligadevi (Germany),Komatheswari (London), Vijayalakshmi (Teacher, Erukkalampiddy MMV),Bamatheswari (Teacher, Kauriampal Tamil MMV, Thiruketheeswaram),Mathiyalagan(Norway), Madhanaroopan, Malarvizhi,the late Maheswaran, and Mathivathana,

He was the elder uncle of Sivasankar (Electricity Board, Vavuniya),Sivakaran (India),Sivatharan, and Kalajini (Electricity Board, Kilinochchi).

He was also the respected uncle of Kandhasamy (France), the late Thambirasa, Muthulakshmi, Nadanamalar,Selvarani, Mahalakshmi, Kanakeswari, Santhalinkam (USA),Kugadevi (France), Jeyasingam (London), Arundathidevi (London),Yogasingam (London), and Thirupathidevi (London),

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, 07 December 2025 at 11:00 AM, followed by the burial at the Kalliyadi Hindu Cemetery.
