The 1st Year Remembrance of Mr. Mayilvaganam Nagaratnam, who was born in Nedunkerny, Vavuniya and resided in South Iluppaikkulam.
Our beloved father…
Where can we find you again, dear father?
Like eyelids that protect the eyes,
You protected us always, dear father.
In every breeze that blows,
In every breath we take,
In all eight directions,
Your memories surround us, dear father.
You gave us joy every single day,
But today, each day passes with tears for you…
Though a year has passed,
The pain of your loss remains,
Our sorrow never fades,
Your absence still brings tears to our eyes.
We continue to pray
For your soul to rest in eternal peace.
The first-year remembrance prayer gathering will be held at the late Mr. Mayilvaganam Nagaratnam’s residence on Thursday, 23rd October 2025.
