Obituary Message

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Meenambikai Raghupathy, originally from Jaffna and formerly residing in London (UK), Kilinochchi, and Colombo. She passed away peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of Dr. Gunaratnam and Mangayarkarasi, and the cherished daughter-in-law of the late Uruthirapasupathi and Kamaladevi. She was the loving wife of Mr. Raghupathy, and the devoted mother of Sambavi, Vaishnavi, and Darshini. She was also the dear sister of the late Anand, and the beloved mother-in-law of Oscar. She was the cherished grandmother of Nila and Eesan, and the loving sister-in-law of Kalapathy, Umapathy, Anusuya, Akalya, and Kalpana.

The remains of the deceased will be kept for final respects at Jayaratnam Florist on Saturday, 26th April 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, 27th April 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the cremation.
