Obituary Message
Mr. Paramupillai Somaskantharasa, a native and resident of Kotravatthai, Karanavai North, Jaffna, passed away on Wednesday, 17-12-2025.
He was the younger son of the late Paramupillai and Ponnamma,
the beloved son-in-law of the late Ilayathambi and Saraswathy,
the loving husband of Bhuvaneswari,
the affectionate father of Eeswaran (Germany) and Raguraja (Germany),
the loving brother of the late Sivapragasam, Chinnathambi, and Thavabakkiyam,
the beloved brother-in-law of the late Sivabakkiyam, Paramasivam, Selvaraja,Rajeswari, Radhakrishnan, and , Kanagaratnam, Balasubramaniam,
the cherished father-in-law of Nirmaladevi and Kalaivani,
and the loving grandfather of Swasthika, Pramila, Tharaka, and Thrishan.
The final rites will be held on Sunday, 21-12-2025, at 8:00 a.m. at his residence, followed by cremation at the Oorani Hindu Cemetery.
