Mrs. Pathmanathan Thavamani, who was born in Nallur, Jaffna, and resided in Thirunagar, Kilinochchi, and later in France, attained Sivapatham on Monday, 15 December 2025.
She was the eldest daughter of the late Jeganathapillai and Sivakolunthu,
and the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Kandhaiya and Ponnamma.
She was the devoted wife of the late Pathmanathan.
She was the loving mother of Ravindhiran, the late Rajendhiran, Sriranjini, Jeyaranjini, Balaranjini, Selvaranjini, the late war hero Latharanjini (Malarini), Padhmaranjini, and Surenthiran.
She was the cherished mother-in-law of Udhayakumar, Ashokan, Dayas, Vigneshwaran, Indhirakumar, and Sobana.
She was the affectionate grandmother of Vignesh, Abira, Meera, Thanura, Pabris, Pabiyan, Caroline, Kilinran, Rorinran, Sushani, Easwar, Abisana, and Abisan,
and the loving great-grandmother of Levin, Maliya, and Gais.
She was the beloved sister of the late Bakkiyam, Balasingam, Mandaleswaran, and Saraswathi,
and the dear aunt and mother-in-law of her nieces and nephews.
