Mrs. Rasamany Malar, originally from No.100, Kandy Road, Ariyalai, Jaffna and residing at No.126/4, Kovil Road, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 09 September 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Vairamuthu and Kannagai couple,

the loving wife of the late Vallipuram Rasamani,

the dear sister of the late Thalaiyasingham and Bhagavatsingham,

the beloved mother of Iraveendran, Nandini, Nimalendran, Mahendran, Ranjani and Yogendran,

the affectionate mother-in-law of Elizabeth, Kandhasamy, Aariyavathi, Udayarani, Alagarathinam and Nithiyakalaa,

the cherished grandmother of Alexander, Julia, Balamurali, Sivasakthi, Balakumaran, Mayoori, Sophigan, Nithusha, Gajanan, Abishan, Arunan, Abilashini and Nivedhika,

and the loving great-grandmother of Krithvik.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, 11 September 2025 at her residence, after which the cortege will leave at around 10:00 a.m. for cremation at Semmani Hindu Cemetery.
