Mrs. Sivakalanithy Sivasanthiran, who was born in Nainativu, ward 2, and resided in 2nd Cross Street, Jaffna, and Pinner, United Kingdom, passed away on Monday, 3rd November 2025.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Mr. Muthukumar Balasundaram (Pungudutivu, Department of Education)
and Mrs. Punithavathy Balasundaram (Nainativu, Teacher at Veeramathy Girls’ School),
and the loving daughter-in-law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arumugam.
She was the beloved wife of Mr. Arumugam Sivachandran
and the loving mother of Sindhuja, Pradeepa, and Srivasudha.
She was also the dear mother-in-law of Arjun
and the loving grandmother of Kailan.
She was the affectionate sister-in-law of the late Rajeswary, Sivabalan, and Sivarajan.
