Mrs. Sothymalar Kathirgamanathan A native of Alvai South, Vadamarachchi, Jaffna, and a resident of Montreuil, France and London, United Kingdom, passed away peacefully on Thursday, 25th September 2025.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Somasundaram and Manickam,
the loving daughter-in-law of the late Kankesu and Bhagiyam,
the beloved wife of Mr. Kathirgamnathan (Nathan),
the cherished mother of Aathana and Sajeevan.
She was also the loving sister of the late Susilakumari and Devarani, the late Sulochanadevi, Sukathasan, Vasanthamalar, Vasanthakumari, Krishnakumar, the late Dayaparan, and the late Krishnakumari (Thayathini).
She was the dear sister-in-law of Pragalathevan, Yoganathan, Kulanathan, Jannivathsala, Gananathan, the late Balendrarasa and Vimalarathi, the late Bhuvanendrarasa, Vivekanandharasa, Kamelendrarasa, Bharathi, and Bhagirathi.
