Subramaniam Ramachandran, Birth Place from Puliyankoodal, Jaffna, and a resident of Whitby, Canada, passed away in his birthplace on Wednesday, 21st May 2025.

He was the beloved son of the late Subramaniam and Sinnamma, the loving son-in-law of the late Vaithilingam and Annapillai, and the devoted husband of Vimala, He was the loving father of Sukanya (France), Sukarna, Janani, Subaitha, Sobhitha, Sukirtha, and Vitharsana,

He was the dear father-in-law of Navaranjan (France), Ajith, Jayaganesh, Yasokaran, Theesan, and Reegan, He was the grandfather of Sahana, Ashwin (France), Ajina, Siyan, Ashwina, Ashwitha, Aaryan, Vaishnavi, Ashnavi, Hansika, Nirupan, Anija, Aarushan, and Aathavi, He was the loving brother of Sarojinidevi, Ananthabhavanam, the late Sivamani, and Thanabalasingam, He was also the dear brother-in-law of the late Veerasingam, Aiyathurai, Sellathurai, Selvarani, Gnanagowri, Thayalan, Kugathasan, Nirmala, Sivanesan, and Manjula.

He was the beloved cousin of the late Nadarajah, Lakshmi, Jayanthi, Sivakumar, the late Kumuthini, and Sivasothi, He was also the dear uncle-in-law of Yasi, Santhi, Vicknesh, Viji, Vimal, Puganenthu, Vathani, Rajani, Aingaran, Ranjani, Kannan, Priya, Tharshini, and Theepan, He was the loving uncle to Nirusha, Nitharsan, and Nitharsana.

His remains were kept for final respects at his residence in Puliyankoodal on Wednesday, 21st May 2025, and were subsequently transported to Canada for final rites.
