Obituary Message

Obituary Date : 07/12/2025

It is with deep sadness that we inform the passing of Subramaniam Vikkineswaran (Viki), who left us on Thursday, 4th December 2025. He was born in Kaithady South, Jaffna, Sri Lanka and was a current resident of Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

 

Beloved son of the late Subramaniam, late Pothanayagam and  Son-in-law of the late Thambiratnam, late Thayalnayaki.

 

Loving husband of Gowri.

 

Affectionate father of Mayuran, Bairavi.

 

Loving brother of Sivagnaneswari and the late Maheswaran.

 

Beloved brother-in-law of the late Jayarajah and Vasanthi, Elangovan, Asokan, Menaka.

 

Affectionate uncle of Sivasothy, Sivaramakrishnan.

 

The rituals will be held at his residence, No. 09, Vihara Mawatha, Borelesgamuwa (Near Peppiliyana Junction), on Sunday, 07-12-2025, at 02:00 PM, and thereafter the mortal remains will be cremated at 04:00 PM at Kanatte Hindu Cemetery.
