Thambu Tharmakunasingam, who was born in Velanai East 2nd Ward, Jaffna and resided in Bharathi Road, Koodamankulam, Vavuniya, passed away on Tuesday, 14-10-2025.

Beloved son of the late Thambu Muthappillai and his wife,

beloved son-in-law of the late Arumugam Chellamuthu

his wife, beloved husband of the late Sadanandalakshmi,

beloved brother of the late Pushparani, Thilagavathi, Yogarani, late Jayarani, Udayarani, Nithya Kalyani Navasothi,

Maheswari, beloved brother-in-law of the late Rasanayakam, Ramachandran, Veerasingham, Selvarasa and Selvanayakam, Chokkalingam, Selvanayakam,

Gayathri (Canada), Raghavendan, Karthika (Colombo) Dear father of many, dear father-in-law of Selvakumaran (Canada), Sri Vijayakanthan (General Manager, Janashakthi Insurance Company)

dear grandson of Abhishana, Akshara, Arusan, Anika and Aadesan.

His last rites will be held on Thursday, 16-10-2025 at his residence followed by cremation at Nelukkulam Hindu Cemetery at 03:00 PM.
