Mrs. Theepan Pavalamalar, who was born in Jaffna, Vayavilaan, Thikkampurai, and was residing in Kopay North, attained the holy feet of the Lord on 01-12-2025.

She was the youngest daughter of the late couple Krishnar and Lakshmi,

and the daughter-in-law of the late couple Thirunavukarasu and Pushparani.

She was the beloved wife of Mr. Theepan (Teacher – Jaffna Vembadi Girls’ High School),

and the loving mother of Lithan (Student – Jaffna Karandai Ramappillai Vidyalayam),

She was the affectionate sister of Kanagarani, Nageswari, Dharmalingam, Yudhananthasivam, Kukarasan, and Yogeswari,

and the sister-in-law of the late Thurairasa, Sundaralingam, and Lingeswari, and of Chandrarajini (Development Officer – District Secretariat, Jaffna), Udayarasa, Ruben, and Ruby (Teacher – Sangaanai Sivapirakasar Hindu Primary School).

She was also the cousin sister (udhanpiravaa sagodhari) of Leraji (Development Officer – Divisional Secretariat, Karainagar) and Ramesh (Teacher – Jaffna Pandatharippu Jacinta R.C.T.K. School).
