Thyagaraja Premakanthan, who was born in ward 7, Pungudutivu, Jaffna, and resided in Unit 7, No. 674, Ramanathapuram, and currently resides in Palai Masara, passed away on Wednesday, 05-11-2025.
Beloved son of the late Thiagaraja (Retired Principal - Jaffna/Pungudutivu Kamalambika Vidyalayam) and Thangamma (Retired Principal - Kili/Ramanathapuram East AIADMK School),
beloved son-in-law of Selvararasa Maheshwari and his wife, loving husband of Shajani (Teacher - Masar AIADMK School),
beloved father of Kavinayan,
beloved brother of Kalaiyarasi (Retired Vice Principal - Kili/Central Primary School), late Padmakanthan (Swiss), Kalaichelvi (Canada), Kalaivadhani (Canada),
He was also the beloved brother-in-law of the late Selvarasa (Retired Director of Secondary Education-Kilinochchi Zone), Jayagowri (Latha-Swiss), Loganathan (Canada), Dharmarasa (Engineer-Canada), Vinoth, Janani (France).
His last rites will be held on Friday, 07-11-2025 at 02:00 PM at his residence in Palai Masar and later the body will be cremated at the Ramanathapuram Hindu Cemetery.
