You lived a righteous life in this world
And brought great honor to our family name,
Our beloved divine soul, our dear sir,

Though a year has passed since you joined the feet of the Almighty,
You continue to stand before us always.

As a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and elder,

You showered us with boundless love like sacred scripture itself,
Perhaps that is why you now live on
As a divine presence within our hearts.

Every time your memory arises,
Our hearts ache with longing,
And our eyes search for you!

Though you are no longer with us physically,
You live on in every one of our movements.

We pray to the Almighty for the eternal peace of your soul.
